2/21/09 Email notifications for new Private Messages are now turned on! If you wish to turn them off, please do so on the Settings page. Our next 2 goals are: email notifications and “new” indicators for forum posts, and speeding-up the site!

2/20/09 We’ve added the new Settings page. There are only 2 email-related settings right now but we’ll be adding more relating to Comments, Groups, etc. The Private Message emails aren’t quite ready but will hopefully start going out tomorrow. Also, we know the site is being quite slow and we have a big overall plan to resolve that so bear with us. Thanks everyone!

2/15/09 We really wanted to have email notifications working this morning but sick children kept us busy this weekend. (She’s feeling better now, don’t worry!) We were able to fix a big issue that was causing peoples’ profile fields to occasionally disappear – so go update your profiles and let us know! Also we added some caching to certain pages but we’re still tweaking it. If you notice any links or details that seem to be wrong, please let us know. Thank you!

2/13/09 Hello QuiltGroupers! We’re still here! We’ve been doing some behind-the-scenes work to make the site faster as we’ve been growing so well. Email notifications are definitely going to go live this weekend so keep an eye out for them. When they do, we’ll add a new Settings page so you can set which you want to receive. As always, please add any bugs or ideas to the Suggestions page!

2/7/09: Well we just updated the discussion boards to allow you to Edit your posts! We’ve tested it out ourselves but let us know if you see anything quirky. Also, any new posts that have a URL in them should be automatically converted to a real link. So if you typed in “I love QuiltGroup.com” then you would be able to click through to us! More new features on the way – stay tuned!

2/2/09: Little-big feature today! Albums now have a Favorite icon for each image. We’ll be adding the feature to a few other places, as well as a page to keep track of your favorites along with the ability to sort Albums by date, most favorites, theme, etc. Right now we’re working on: Edit for posts & signatures, email notifications, and making navigation between users/albums/groups even easier. We’re receiving a lot of great suggestions from everyone and are really grateful!
